Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) enables the observation of morphological changes in tissue culture cells and in tissue sections. The energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) analyser can be employed to monitor the abundance of individual elements on tissue sections or in tissue culture cells. The laboratory is situated in the Materials Research Pavilion, Dúbravská cesta 9.
